Testing Equipment
We have advanced production equipment in domestic market, mainly produce power cables, control cables, high-grade home-decoration wires and cables, rubber wires and cables, overhead insulated cables, low-voltage wires and cables, medium and high-voltage wires and cables, etc., covering dozens of models and more than thousands of specifications. We are fully equipped with testing equipment to ensure the safety of every meter of wire and cable.
Testing Process
The testing process is divided into raw material inspection, process inspection and finished product inspection. The basic steps are as follows.
Determine the inspection batch
Products of the same model and specification that are continuously produced by the same machine in the same class are an inspection batch, and the packaged parts are used as the batch unit of the inspection batch.
Sampling
Samples should be randomly selected in an inspection batch according to regulations, and when a second sampling judgment is required, they should be taken from the same inspection skin.
Inspection And Judgment
Samples are taken for inspection according to the specified inspection items, and the verification items are compared with the inspection report provided by the supplier, and the inspection results are compared with the standard.
If all items are qualified, the inspection lot will be judged as qualified, and if one item or more is unqualified, the inspection lot will be judged as unqualified.
Treatment Of Substandard Products
Generally can be divided into scrap, repair, and reuse.
